Do I need to bring anything to the appointment?
Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport works. Do not sign any of the documents before I arrive. I need to watch you sign in person.
How much does a mobile notary visit cost?
It depends on the document type and the travel distance. I can give you a price over the phone before you commit. No hidden fees, no surprises. Mortgage signings typically have different rates than standard notarizations.
